Hello! My name is Halen and I’m a third year medical student. I decided to start this blog as way to share more about my life and medical school that can’t fit into an Instagram caption.

Here’s some background information about me: I grew up in Louisiana on a farm with my grandparents and went to a small liberal arts college where I got a B.S. in Biology and Neuroscience. I love planning, Harry Potter, colorful pens, coffee, reading, watching tv, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and my little bunny, Benji. Planning has been a part of my life for a very long time. It kept my busy life together throughout college, kept me sane during the first year of medical school, and provided a creative outlet as I started getting into stickers and other planner accessories (trust me, the planner world is bigger and cooler than most people realize).
